Do not rent from Garry Pye. They have 100 apartments managed by ONE person who is a tyrant. If you complain about basic tenant rights expect an eviction letter under your door.Oh and expect to be harassed further when you dont comply to an illegal eviction. Also expect to have other tenants be permitted to smoke beside your windows so you can choke on that and the property manager wont do a thing but defends the tenant instead while they continue to smoke against a no smoking sign and block the back door exit. Property manager runs 2 Pye businesses and is overworked,therefore wont deal with your basic problems and the second you do,you become his enemy. Just do yourself a favor and stay clear of Garry Pye apartments.
