Their slogan says Best fish and chips and I agree! Very light batter , fish is fresh and delicious! Dont miss the mussels- better than many Michelin starred restaurants! Lovely staff and quick service! Walk the trails at nearby Victoria Park to burn this off

Loved the fish. The batter is so light ut melts in the mouth and the fish is so fresh, I did not taste any fishiness. I took the fish and shrimp combo, but next time I'll jist stick to fish and chips. Prices were very reasonable. After the pricey fish and chips we had in New Brunswick, I was amazed at how good it was and so much better than what I had for a long time.
What an awesome restaurant.....we were in Truro for the tidal bore and stopped in Murphy's for a bite. We've eaten alot of fish and chips on the East Coast and this one was right up there as one of the very best. The staff is AWESOME...so friendly you felt like you were a regular. Definitely a 5 star experience.
