Great service, and home cooked style meals. Kids like it too as it's fast and has all the staples for kids menus.
I will never eat here again. My daughter and I waited for almost an hour to get our food. The waitress avoided eye contact with me.. Did not apologize for the long wait. I think she forgot to put our order in as people who got there after us was getting served their food before us. Then received a dry chicken sandwich. I shouldn't have even paid for it. The staff seemed very unorganized. Not impressed at all.
This place was busy when we arrive. You expect that service would be slow. However after bee n directed to a table you would expect some reckoning from the staff. Three other groups of people arrive were seated some obtain drinks while we still did not receive any assistance. I will think twice about going to this Big Stop again.
Best interaction with the waitress ever ! The lady that brought us the food was super nice, unfortunately I do not know her name. We went in June for dinner and we had very good home made food.
Friendly service, decent portions. Fair prices. Food was fresh!
