Amazing food & drinks! The chicken club was one of the best I ever had. The waitress was fun, but a bit pushy on the drinks for a weekday lunch hour. I was on vacation, so let her talk me into the Pumpkin Spice Beer & garlic white wine mussels - everything tasted amazing & was quick.
this was the fourth time in a row we went to the n&c with the same bad result.beer was great but other than that it was a terrible experience. my wife ordered mussels in a garlic cream sauce which was served with curdled cream and a soggy stick of garlic bread. I ordered the bbq bacon burger and received spinach dip (not even close!)and that was after waiting 45 minutes so i just canceled my whole order...my wife couldn't even eat her meal because of the rancid cream. we were apologised to and told it was really busy with maybe 10 tables and 3 servers so that didn't really help. In my opinion the service and food has gone way down hill and we won't be back. management has to step up and see these problems before it happens. good customer service would have taken care of the couple beer we had and not just the food we didn't eat.
Slow service. AMAZING music. Food was great. Waited 30 minutes for a drink. We waited over an hour and a half for our meal, but it was so delicious. Under staffed. Staff was friendly but not enough.
Great place, very busy when we went. Live music and good food. The beer dip and pretzels were great.
This establishment shows promise but needs help getting their act together. When we arrived, there was no indication of whether you should wait to be seated or find your own table (you should). Once we picked a table, it took upwards of five minutes before anyone came to our table with a menu. The requested glasses of water took five more minutes. Our beer came several minutes after our food orders. I attribute much of that to a less than skilled server. She was clearly struggling with the art. We both ordered the burger with Gouda cheese and it was very good. Worth getting ... as long as you like your burger well done. Since we were not asked, I presume that is the only way they prepare it. Would I go back if I were in the area. Probably not. There seem to be better options nearby.
